Blazing Buffalo Style Chicken Dip

Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 c Ranch dressing
1/2 c hot sauce
1 lb Boar's Head Blazing Buffalo Style Roasted Chicken Breast, shredded
1.5 c Boar's Head Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
1.5 c Boar's Head Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 c green onion, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce. Stir until the cream cheese has melted to a thick consistency.
- Remove from heat and fold in the shredded chicke and cheese until combined. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and garnish with green onions.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and started to bubble.
- Swith the oven to broil, until the cheese is still soft, but golden brown.
- Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.
